This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Joker's Word Roulette (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. We built the App to be private by design. By using the App you agree to this policy.

We collect no personal information whatsoever. The App does not ask for and does not gather any of the following:
- No name, email address, phone number, or contact details.
- No account, sign-up, or login of any kind.
- No location data.
- No device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.
- No photos, contacts, microphone, or camera access.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The App saves your game progress — such as coins, gems, ranks, unlocked items, achievements, settings, and personal best records — locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and is not accessible to us. You can erase it at any time by using “Reset Progress” in the App's settings, or by deleting the App.
4. No Third-Party Services
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties, because we do not collect any.
5. No Purchases or Real Money
The App contains no in-app purchases and does not process any payments. All coins, gems, chests, and rewards are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and is safe for children. Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we collect no data from children. The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation provisions concerning children (GDPR-K). If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it — though the App is designed so that this cannot occur.
7. Internet & Offline Use
The App is designed to work fully offline. It does not require an internet connection to play and does not transmit your information over the network.
8. Data Security
Because your information is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted, it is protected by your device's own security. We do not operate any server that holds your data.
9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under regulations such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide or delete. You remain in full control of the data on your device and can clear it at any time via “Reset Progress” or by uninstalling the App. We never sell personal information because we never collect it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
